Salary: £24,000.00 rising to £28,000.00 on successful completion of training and accreditation (6 months on average).

Hours: 35 Monday to Friday

Holidays: 20 days per year, incremented by 1 day each full year, up to a total of 25 days after 5 years of service.

As a key member of our consulting team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality IT technical solutions that address business challenges.

What You'll Be Doing Once Trained

• Helping businesses streamline operations through smart, tailored solutions

• Assisting in requirements gathering, system configuration, testing, training, and support using collaborative tools

• Becoming a trusted advisor for our clients as they grow and evolve

• Working alongside experienced consultants and learning the ropes of Accounting Software project delivery

• Very occasional overseas travel may be required (UK mainly)

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyse and document business requirements.

• Design, configure, and implement Accounting Software solutions tailored to business needs

• Provide subject matter expertise on Accounting Software best practices and system capabilities

• Lead or support ERP implementation projects, including data migration, system integration, and user training

• Troubleshoot system issues and provide support to end-users post-implementation

• Conduct system testing and validation to ensure optimal performance and reliability

• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including technical specifications and user guides

• Liaise with software vendors and third-party providers as needed

• Stay informed about Accounting Software technology trends and emerging solutions
